Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and the hotel.
1. Room Bookings
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your check-in date for standard bookings — the advance/token amount, if any, is fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, may be charged one night's tariff.
2. Offer & Package Bookings
Special offers, packages and long-stay or non-refundable rates may carry different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Banquet & Event Bookings
Banquet and event bookings require an advance to confirm. Cancellation terms for events are specified in your event quotation, as significant resources are reserved in advance.
We recommend discussing cancellation terms with our event coordinator before confirming.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel, contact us by phone at +91 98760 91865 or on WhatsApp with your booking details. We will confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund.
5. Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may be accommodated free of charge where possible, depending on the rate booked.
