Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Enquiries

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it via WhatsApp, call or email.

Rates shown are indicative and may change. The final rate is the one confirmed at the time of booking, plus applicable government taxes.

2. Check-in & Identification

Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in, as per government regulations.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect hotel property and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a stay in case of misconduct, with no refund.

All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted (service animals excepted).

4. Payments

Payments may be made via UPI, cash or card as applicable. Advance/token payments may be required to confirm certain bookings.

5. Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the booking.

6. Restaurant & Banquet

Menu items, prices and availability may change. Banquet and catering bookings are governed by a separate confirmed quotation and are subject to advance payment terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Patiala, Punjab.
